With nearly 4 out of 5 companies using some type of contingent labor arrangement, this is an area of interest for many Members. The webinar will provide details on steps an employer can take to make an educated determination if a worker should be classified as an employee or an independent contractor. An employer faces significant risks, such as requirements to pay back taxes, interest and penalties, if a worker is misclassified.
